The company operates on a strict policy that states that:

  1. Ez Event Rental will drop the ordered inventory at the designated venue and pick them at the time agreed during booking. There can be charges if the items are not free by the time agreed upon.
  2. To keep jokers off, serious client must commit themselves with a deposit amounting to 50%. This amount is not refundable should they cancel the event.
  3. Some of the items such as food machines and bounce houses will only be set by the company staff only.
  4. A 5% damage waiver is included on the items ordered. In case of breakages, no charges will be installed. Failure to pay the waiver will result to replacement of the item.
